HEALTH INSURANCE:
PPO Health Plan with physician co-pay is available for employees (and their

dependents) after two full calendar months of employment. 

CAFETERIA 125 PLAN:
A cafeteria 125 plan increases your net income by making health insurance premiums a pre-tax basis.

401K/RETIREMENT PLAN:
All employees are eligible for Universal CADworks 401k Plan after 3 full calendar months of employment. 

·        You can rollover your 401K Investments from another 401K plan into our plan.

·        Employee 401K contributions may not exceed annual Federal limit

 

SUPPLEMENTAL INSURANCES:

 

PAID HOLIDAYS:
Fully Benefited employees will receive up to 6 paid holidays per year.  Subject to eligibility requirements.  

·        Holidays are paid at your regular hourly rate

·        To determine the annual value of this benefit, use the formula: 8 hours * 6 holidays * hourly rate = monetary benefit

 

PAID VACATION:
Fully Benefited employees receive paid vacation days, which are accrued for every 6 months of continuous full-time employment.  Subject to eligibility requirements.  

·        Vacation Days are paid at your regular hourly rate

·        To determine the annual value of this benefit, use the formula: 8 hours * number of  vacation days * hourly rate = monetary benefit

DIRECT PAYROLL DEPOSIT:
Direct Payroll Deposit is available for all employees.
